Blue Zone Living

Sardinia Wellness & Longevity Retreat 2026

11–17 October | 6 Nights in a Blue Zone Setting

The first week of our retreat is now completely sold out.

Join us for one of the final remaining places in Sardinia, where we’ll immerse ourselves in the lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and daily rhythms associated with some of the highest life expectancy in the world.

This is a small-group, highly personalised retreat designed to help you reset your health, restore energy, and reconnect with how you want to feel in your body and life.

BLUE ISLAND LIVING

This is a space to breathe again.

Mornings begin with gentle movement and breath — building strength where it matters and keeping it easeful where it doesn’t.

Breakfast follows, inspired by Sardinia’s Blue Zone way of living. The days open up from there: swim in turquoise water, walk coastal trails, explore hilltop villages, or simply rest by the pool. Movement, cooking experiences, and slow moments are always there when you want them.

Afternoons bring us back together — to stretch, unwind, and reconnect. Evenings are shared over nourishing meals, soft practices, and sunset conversations.

Sardinia holds a rare balance of beauty and simplicity — a place to reset, feel lighter, and return to what matters.
A retreat with substance, and space to enjoy it in your own way.
